Please fill our online enquiry form for new pregnancy booking and for Gynaecological consultations. Our team will contact you within 5 business days.

Please feel free to contact our rooms on 08 9227 1341 or email us on md@perthwh.com. However, you will need a referral from your GP or another doctor before you contact us.

1. A copy of your referral letter
2. Any investigation results including blood tests or scan results
3. Medicare Card
4. Private Health Insurance or Fund Card

In general, most appointments will be with Dr Doohan. There will be 2-3 appointments with the Midwife. You will be seen once per month during the pregnancy until the 28 – 30 week mark, then more frequently as you approach your due date. This may vary if you fall into the high-risk category.

Please call our office during business hours if you are concerned about your pregnancy. Outside of working hours, or if we are unable to take your call, we recommend you directly call St Mary’s ward at SJOG Hospital, Murdoch, if you are beyond 20 weeks in your pregnancy. Prior to 20 weeks, please attend emergency department of the nearest hospital.

Whilst Dr Doohan makes every attempt to be the obstetrician who delivers your baby and only works with a limited number of clients at a time, she does take annual leave and conference leave.

In the event of Dr Doohan being unable to attend to your, she is backed up by qualified specialist obstetricians Dr Liza Fowler, Dr Aseel Alkiaat firstly and all other Obstetricians at SJOG Hospital, Murdoch, who have a similar style of practice.

Parking is paid at the SJOG, Murdoch site and at Wexford Medical Centre. Please allow a generous amount of time for parking as it can be very busy.
